Drader Injectiweld extruder welder. 

The Drader welder welds all poly-olifins, ABS, TPO, Santav Prene, Nylon, and Poly Carb.  The Drader will give you a 100% bond.  Cleaning and preping most plastic surfaces is not required due to the aluminum contact tip.  Multiple aluminum tips available to give you a welding bead from 1/16" to 1/2" in one pass.  As easy to use as a hot glue gun.

Leister Laser Welding Systems

Nearly all thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers can be welded with laser radiation – e.g. ABS, PA, PC, PP, PMMA, PS, PBT – even those reinforced with glass fibers. The welding seam strength is comparable with that of the base material.
The laser process requires a laser transmissive plastic to be bonded to a laser absorbent plastic, typically containing carbon black. Special pigments also allow welding of dark/dark and transparent/transparent combinations, as well as of colored plastics.

Ultrasonic Seal Vibration Welders

Our linear vibration welders are designed for assembling large and/or irregular shaped thermoplastic parts up to 48"L x 22"W x 22"D, or for assembling multiple small parts simultaneously. It welds virtually all thermoplastic materials, whether injection molded, extruded, formed or thermoformed, as well as dissimilar materials (with compatible melting points), materials with fillers, and composite materials and fabrics.
